Buckwheat & Barley Salad with Cranberries

Our Buckwheat, barley and cranberry salad is one of our newest salads. Packed with high fibre buckwheat and barley and with nutritionally dense cranberries this salad is delicious and healthy - what a great combination! This salad is source of fibre, iron and of course is trans fat free, lower in saturates and sodium.

Ingredients: Buckwheat groats, pearl barley, red onion, green onion, parsley, cilantro, dried cranberry, sunflower seeds, cayenne pepper, black pepper, chipotle pepper, garlic, grapeseed oil, apple cider vinegar, lime juice.

Carrot & Cashew Salad

Our Carrot cashew salad is perfect on its own or as a side dish. This salad is trans fat free, low in saturates, an excellent source of Vitamin A and a source of fibre.

Ingredients: Carrot, ginger, cashew nuts, sea salt, black pepper, honey, lemon juice.

This tasty salad is a source of iron, fibre and vitamin A and is trans fat free and low in saturates. An excellent compliment to a main course or on its own, this flavourful salad is a favourite of friends and customers alike.

Our Four Bean Salad is an excellent compliment to any meal. This salad is trans fat free and low in saturates. Chock full of beans it is very high in fibre and a good source of iron.

Ingredients: Red kidney beans, chick peas, brown lentils, green lentils, red onions, carrots, parsley, garlic, sea salt, black pepper, sugar, sunflower oil, red wine vinegar, lemon juice.

This is our most popular product - it is particularly loved by our Westboro clients (thank you)! Our hummus is very high in fibre, a good source of iron and is trans fat free and low in saturates so grab some pita or crunchy carrots and snack away!

As with all of our salads our penne feta salad is source of fibre and iron and a good source of vitamin A. This salad has the perfect amount of crunchy celery and tasty feta to please all.
